How-to prevent CI Status in ServiceNow reverting in response to source system status change.

Example scenario: When I update the status of a CI e.g. to ‘In Stock’, CI Sync overrides the status after a sync job e.g. to ‘In Use’

CI Sync can be configured to suppress status updates based on the current status in ServiceNow (and optionally based on whether the record in the source system was modified more recently than ServiceNow)

This feature can be enabled upon request if the customer has the requisite plan in place by raising a support ticket via Syncfish Support.
