Why did access tests (In CI Sync under Destination connections / Test Access) start failing for my ServiceNow Test connection when they previously worked?

Answer

One possible reason for this issue is that a clone from the ServiceNow Production instance to the Non-Production instance has been performed and the changes made in the Non-Production instance haven’t been reimported.
