Error verification

No other error verification information is applicable.

Cause

By default, CI Sync creates Company records in ServiceNow for all the manufacturer name values that exist in the Source System. The variations on names are a result of the disparate data read in from the source system.

Fix

CI Sync customers can utilize a Manufacturer Data Normalisation Service to normalize the names associated with manufacturers.
