Rule Synopsis
These are the rule/s that controls which attribute/value from InTune is used by CI Sync to populate the Asset Tags attribute on CIs in the CMDB.
Rule Details and Default

By default, CI Sync synchronizes the Serial Number value from InTune to the Asset Tag attribute on the CI in ServiceNow.

Customers may consider overriding the default rule so that CI Sync synchronizes a null value to the CI in ServiceNow.

Customers may consider overriding the default rule so that CI Sync synchronizes the field value as null.
Overriding via Connection Settings
Customers can perform the override using a “Connection Setting” via the CI Sync User Interface (i.e. customers can perform the overrides themselves). Additional information for this is available via the following documentation:
