Rule Synopsis
These are the rule/s that control whether PII attributes associated with Mobile Device assets in InTune are suppressed (or not) when those attributes are persisted against the CI record in ServiceNow.
Rule Details and Default

By default, CI Synchronizer does not suppress the original/real values of the following attribues for InTune Handheld devices (iPad, iPhone, Android):

Device Name

Phone Number

Override Options
Context
Customers may consider overriding this rule so that the original/real values of these attributes are suppressed on the CI record in ServiceNow.

This Data Sync Rule can be overridden to supress the original/value for Device Name and Phone Number for InTune Handheld devices (iPad, iPhone, Android). When these values are suppressed by CI Sync the original values are replaced with “SUPPRESSED+”.
Overriding via Connection Settings
Customers can perform the override using a “Connection Setting” via the CI Sync User Interface (i.e. customers can perform the overrides themselves). Additional information for this is available via the following documentation:
