Rule 17 - Syncing records with a device location for InTune

Rule Synopsis

These are the rule/s that control whether CI sync will (or not) synchronize the device location for InTune assets into ServiceNow CIs.

  • By default, the device location will not be synchronized into ServiceNow CIs.

Context

Customers may consider overriding this rule so that CI Sync will synchronize the device location for CIs in ServiceNow.

  1. This Data Sync Rule can be overridden so that CI Sync will synchronize the device location for CIs in ServiceNow.

Overriding via Connection Settings

Customers can perform the override using a “Connection Setting” via the CI Sync User Interface (i.e. customers can perform the overrides themselves). Additional information for this is available via the following documentation:
