Rule Synopsis
These are the rule/s that control whether CI Sync ignores or includes certain MS SQL Databases when synchronizing instances of MS SQL Servers on Windows PCs or Windows Servers.
Rule Details and Default

By default, CI Sync ignores MS SQL System Databases named as follows:

msdb
-
tempdb
-
model
-
mssqlsystemresource
-
master
-
Override Options
Context
Customers may consider overriding the default rule if they want CI Sync to either include those databases ignored by default, or to ignore additional named databases.
Options

The rule can be amended so that CI Sync includes (not ignores) the list of MS SQL System Databases.

The rule can be amended to list other database names to be ignored.
Overriding via Connection Settings
Customers can perform the override using a “Connection Setting” via the CI Sync User Interface (i.e. customers can perform the overrides themselves). Additional information for this is available via the following documentation:
