These are the rule/s that determine the ServiceNow Category and Sub-Category values for each Lansweeper Asset Type.

The following fonts/colour codes are used in the table below (information valid as at )

  • Records listed in RED font are NOT currently supported via Lansweeper Cloud. Syncfish have raise those records with Lansweeper for inclusion via their API.

  • Records listed in ORANGE font are likely available and due to be added by Syncfish in the near future.
