Rule Synopsis
These are the rule/s that control whether Purchase and Warranty dates in Jamf are suppressed (or not) when those attributes are persisted against the CI record in ServiceNow.
Rule Details and Default

By default, CI Synchronizer does not suppress the Purchase and Warranty date values synchronizing to the CI record if the value is null.
Override Options
Context
Customers may consider overriding this rule so that null Purchase and Warranty date values will be suppressed when synchronized to ServiceNow CIs.

These Data Sync Rules can be overridden to suppress the synchronization of null Purchase and Warranty dates to ServiceNow CI records.
Overriding via Connection Settings
Customers can perform the override using a “Connection Setting” via the CI Sync User Interface (i.e. customers can perform the overrides themselves). Additional information for this is available via the following documentation:
