Rule Synopsis
CI Sync allows customers to filter CVEs based on severity when synchronized into ServiceNow. That is, you can define which CVEs are not worth synchronizing into ServiceNow based on the Minimum CVE Severity value.
Rule Details

By default, CI Sync uses a Minimum CVE Severity value of ‘High’. Which means only CVEs with a value of High or Critical will be synchronized.
Override Options
Context
Customers may wish to change the Minimum CVE Severity value to Low, Medium or Critical.
Options
Customers can set the Minimum CVE Severity value to Low, Medium, High or Critical.
Overriding via Connection Settings
Customers can perform the override using a “Connection Setting” via the CI Sync User Interface (i.e. customers can perform the overrides themselves). Additional information for this is available via the following documentation:
