What happens to duplicate IP Scanning Locations in Lansweeper?
Answer
If Lansweeper has been configured with multiple IP Scanning Locations with the same name, these are de-duplicated when synchronized into ServiceNow.
The Location settings can be found at Configuration > Asset groups
